The du'a for one's parents
رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
Rabbi-rhamhuma kama rabbayani saghira
My Lord, have mercy on them as they brought me up when I was small.

The Prophet ﷺ said
When a person dies, their deeds come to an end except for three: an ongoing charity, knowledge that continues to benefit others, or a righteous child who prays for them.
